EULA
Solebon LLC (known as Solebon) develops and operates a portfolio of casual gaming applications (known as apps) across four brands: Solebon Solitaire, Letterpress, 2048 and Shift Light Puzzle. These apps are only authorized for distribution to end users through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices), the Apple Mac App Store (for MacOS devices), the Google Play Store (for Android devices) and the Amazon Appstore (for Amazon devices). Use of Solebon apps distributed via another method is unauthorized, will not be supported by Solebon and does not enjoy the rights offered by our EULA and Privacy Policies.
For iOS apps, Solebon adheres to the End User License Agreement which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. For MacOS apps, Solebon adheres to the End User License Agreement which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/macapps/dev/stdeula/. For Android apps distributed through the Google Play Store, Solebon adheres to the Terms of Service which can be found here: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms.html. For Android apps distributed through the Amazon Appstore, Solebon adheres to the Terms of Service which can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201485660.
All players of Solebon apps are expected to update to the most recent versions of their Solebon apps as these become available. This is the only way we can provide effective player support and adhere to changing technical, regulatory and related requirements. These updates are typically provided without any additional fees.
While most Solebon apps are available globally, a few select apps are only available within the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This limitation is the result of regulatory issues, development challenges and our ability to support non-English versions of our apps. The apps limited to these countries at this time include: Solebon Solitaire for Mac and all of our apps for the Amazon Kindle. While these apps may have previously been available globally, future availability and support will be limited to these four countries.
Furthermore, all players of Solebon apps are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is not a detriment to the experience of others. This would include inappropriate behavior towards other players as well as any actions taken which inhibit our ability to deliver quality experiences to our players. Any player exhibiting such behaviors may be blocked from using Solebon apps without notice and without appeal.
PRIVACY
Simply put, we will do everything we can to keep your data private and secure. The best way for any app to keep your private data private is to avoid handling it altogether so we strive to do this whenever possible. In the instance where we might handle your private data, rest assured that we never buy, receive, sell or share your Personal Information. We never have and we never will. It is our philosophy that the only reason an app should use your data is to make your life easier.
