PLAYER ACCOUNT
Your Solebon Player Account backs-up and syncs player stats with our cloud servers and enables play across multiple devices with a common Player Account. This can be turned off/on within Settings (toggle the Player Account or Stats Sync switch).

Q: NEW DEVICES - How do I move my stats to a new device?
A: This process is managed via your Player Account so be sure you have the latest version of the app on both your old device and new device. Open the app on your old device, tap on Settings and then tap Player Email to confirm which email address is connected to your Player Account. If no email address is connected, tap on "None" to begin the connection process. IMPORTANT, you will receive a connection email that includes a Safeguard Key that you should enter in the app on your old device. This attaches your Player Account to your email and syncs your stats. On your new device, repeat the above process and your stats will be accessible on your new device.
Q: PLAYER NAME - How do I change my Player Name?
A: On your device, tap the Settings icon within the game (in the upper right corner), tap on Player Name (within Player Account) and then choose a new name. Tap the Select button when it is blue to change your name.
Q: PLAYER EMAIL - How do I attach my email address to my player name? Why would I do this?
A: Attaching your player name to your email address enables you to recover your stats if accidentally delete the app, move your stats to a new device or even access your stats from multiple devices at the same time (i.e. play on your iPhone and iPad). On your device, tap the Settings icon within the game (in the upper right corner), tap on Player Email, enter your email address and tap Send Safeguard Link. Complete the connection process in the email you receive from us.
Q: MULTIPLE DEVICES - How do I attach my player name to another device (iPhone, iPad, iPod)?
A: Once you have completed attaching your player name to your email address on your primary device, open Solebon on any other device and complete a similar set of steps. Tap the Settings icon within the game (in the upper right corner), tap on Player Email, enter your email address and tap Send Safeguard Link. Complete the connection process in the email you receive from us.
Q: STATS TRANSFER - How do I transfer stats from the free version of Solebon to the paid version of Solebon?
A: Stats transfer is managed via your Player Account so be sure you have the latest version of both apps on your device. On the free version (silver icon), tap on Settings (icon in the upper right corner) then tap Player Email to confirm which email address is connected to your Player Account. If no email address is connected, tap on "None" to begin the connection process. IMPORTANT, you will receive a connection email that includes a Safeguard Key that you should enter in the free version of the app (do not use the Safeguard link for this process). This attaches your Player Account to your email and syncs your stats. On the paid version, repeat the above process though you can tap on the Safeguard link in the connection email. Your stats will be accessible on the paid version of the app. You can leave the free version on your device or delete it.
Q: MERGING STATS - Can I merge stats from multiple devices into one account?
A: No, but you can attach multiple devices to a single account so all subsequent play will be aggregated. However, we are unable to merge pre-8.0 stats from multiple devices at this time.
Q: OFFLINE PLAY - What happens when I play offline?
A: The game will store your stats until internet connectivity is restored.
Q: LEADERBOARDS - How do I access the Solebon Leaderboards?
A: Simply tap the Leaders button within Stats.
Q: DELETE MY ACCOUNT - How do I delete my player account?
A: To guard against fraud, all account delete requests must originate from within the app. Simply tap Settings and scroll down to the Delete My Account button and follow the subsequent steps. Note, deleting your account is irreversible.
